Saluda Skyride

Enjoy a scenic ride above the Saluda River!

Included with general admission and membership, this awe-inspiring aerial adventure is a highlight of Phase Two of our Bridge to the Wild vision for Riverbanks’ future. Soar between the Zoo and Garden while enjoying sweeping panoramic views of the stunning natural surroundings.

The Saluda Skyride travels between the Zoo and Garden. To return to your vehicle, you will need to ride back to the side where you entered the park.

What to Know Before You Board:

  • Capacity Limit
    Maximum of 8 guests per cabin.
  • Stay Seated / No Cabin Rocking
    All guests must remain seated during the ride.
    Please keep cabins still for your safety and the safety of others.
  • Supervision Needed
    Guests under 15-years-old must be accompanied by a supervising companion.
  • Service Animals Welcome
    Service animals may ride with their handler.
  • No Smoking, Eating, or Drinking
    Smoking, vaping, eating, and drinking are not allowed on board.
  • Dress Code
    Shirts, pants/shorts, and shoes are required to board.
  • Medical Advisory
    Do not ride if you have a condition that could be aggravated by this attraction.
  • Mobility Equipment
    Strollers and wheelchairs wider than 29 inches will need to be folded before boarding.
  • Boarding Stops Possible
    Cabins may briefly pause to allow safe boarding for strollers or wheelchairs.
